Bad hygiene

I ordered takeaway tonight. Whilst waiting in my car two of the kitchen staff went out to smoke, with their gloves on. Gloves that's suppose to be worn when working with food. When I went in to fetch my food and while waiting for the lady to get the chips, the working behind the grill dropped one of the spatulas, picked it up, and continued turning patties with it! THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY. When I opened my burger it was missing my extra bacon.
