Bad food, bad service.

We went out to Rocomamas Castle Gate for my son’s birthday. We waited 45min for our food. From the time we ordered our food till the time we received our food the waiter was nowhere to be found. When the food arrived my food, wings, ribs and chicken strips was cold. The rest of the table only got their fries when they finished their burgers. The worst experience/meal I have ever had. I called the manager and found her to be quite arrogant after explaining our distaste. There was another table that had the same experience as us.
