Bad Experience

Our family visited your restaurant for the first time on Sunday for lunch at N1 City branch, 3 of us had Beef burger 1 had ribs, and the other chicken burger, we had shakes with our meals and my wife a cordial.After lunch we went for games opposite your premises. We went to drop off my son in Steenberg and I then had to use the bathroom already for a runny tummy, later that night myself my wife and son vomited throughout the night with runny tummy’s as well, stomach cramps and sever stomach pains. My son in Steenberg threw up hot chips each time, that very same night, we had to endure the pain until the next morning we went to the doctor and I still threw up hot chips in my car, and my wife still sick as well. We both got injections and medication, my son luckily confirmed he got better after vomiting each time and didn’t had to seek medical care.

When we traced back,the only explanation is that we ate at the same place, the 3 of us had the same Beef patty’s and bacon burger, The other 2 daughters were fine. My conclusion is that we only ate at your restaurant and light breakfast at home, our bill was R740 EXCL. tip and our doctor bill R320.00 for my wife, as I’m on medical insurance. I’m not accusing your business of anything but want to urge you to have a look at what could possibly if any gone wrong and correct it for other customers, I simply cannot see any other explanation why we got sick accept that something could have been off eg.the burgers or fries we had.

Overall we are disappointed with the experience we had to go through and won’t be eating there anytime soon again and wont recommend to our friends and families.
