Bad customer service and horrible attitude

Yesterday my family went to campus square, we had things to do and wanted to have lunch afterwards. We went passed Roco Mamas and my daughter wanted bubblegum from their bubblegum machine. I told her we were going there for lunch then se can have one but she insisted. I didn't have R2 only R5 and asked the waiter at the door for change, he said they only had change for customers and we were not such. I went to Wimpy across from Roco Mamas and the staff were so friendly, immediatly assisted us with change. I went over to Roco Mamas again to get the bubblegum and to speak to the manager. I ask the same man for the manager and he told me he was the manager with a very arrogant smile. We had lunch at Wimpy and received wonderful service. Roco Mamas won't see us ever again as they are not child friendly and gave arrogant and rude management and staff.
