Bad Customer Service

I am so Disappointed with the level of service i receive from the store, what's Disappointing is that i dealt with the manager who kept asking me what's the Solution, thought managers are trained to be solution based. So i paid was paying with a Voucher from Clientele and there was a system Glitch and she expected me to pay and i asked her to rather cancel the whole thing as i was paying to with the voucher, can the stuff be trained more about this voucher related Payments!!! This took place at RocoMamas Nelson Mandela Square
