Bad bad service

On Saturday I decided to go to Rocomamas south gate mall, one of the worsed decision I've ever made in my life EVER. I'm even disgusted talking about it, Cwenga the lady at the door and Ntokozo don't deserve to work with people or there. I wonder if the whole company is like that if so close it Cwenga made us sit in a high traffic zone and they kept asking my wife to stand up so that people can pass. And we asked her to move us but said we need to talk to Ntokozo our waitress. But nothing was done about and and 45 min later while we were still waiting for our food a couple set behind us and they asked them to be moved because of the traffic and without any hesitation they were moved simply because of they way we were dress or maybe they judged us by just looking at us and my wife call Cwenga and she passed by us and never come and she asked both of them why they not moving us and they said there is a lot of people really. And there were two ladies that knew the short lady with grey or white draids they never stood in a line because they knew her and strange of all they food come before ours what about other customers. They are chasing more people cause they want more tips forgetting to serve the customer right so that they can get a better tip. When my food came we decide to take take aways and didn't even leave a tip I will NEVER EVER go to any Rocomamas ever again I wasted my money and time and that will never happen again.
