BAD ATTITUDE WHEN ANSWERING CALLS

I would like to lay a formal complaint for one of your franchises which is ROCO MAMAS in Campus Square, Melville <br> <br> I received horrible service from the lad who answered the phone when I called in to order food as I was starving.<br> <br> The lady who is named Khumo was rude and condescending and has no TELEPHONE SKILLS or courteousness. <br> <br> She sounded distracted when she took down my order and I had to repeat myself countless times <br> <br> I ordered the BCG burger with small chips. She took down my details and said my order will be ready in ten minutes, I took time from my office, to fetch my order but to my dismay she didn't place the order and was rude when I asked her if she did, it was already 25mins later. I ended up leaving because dismal service I received. I'm unhappy and I will spread the word. Unless this is dealt with I will keep sending emails. <br>
