Awful experience

The service at Roco Mamas Ballito is disgraceful still can't believe how this franchise is surviving with the type of staff and service they dish out to patrons, went there for a drink but ended up ordering a take away burger. The staff is so unattentive they would rather be on their phones then attend customers. So i ordered another drink from a waitress who was not serving me and she chose to shout it across the shop instead of finding the person helping me. I believe the space occupied by Roco Mamas at the Mall can be used for something that can offer better service to patrons of Ballito Junction Regional Mall.
