App is terrible, food is great

We regularly use the RocoMamas app to order our food before we leave to go pick it up... We've accumulated a number of their rewards vouchers, each supposed to give you a R50 discount when redeemed, but we have been unable to redeem these vouchers through the app - staff cannot tell me how to redeem the vouchers, and trying to reach RocoMamas privately to get answers has been a mess.

We enjoy RocoMamas a lot, but would really like some clarification on this! This has been something we've been trying to sort out for MONTHS.
