1 hour wait for lunch

On Friday 26th January my colleagues and I decided to order lunch from Rocomammas Rosebank, we called to make a order at 11:50 and the lady on the phone advised that our food would be ready in 10 minutes. Upon arrival our food wasn't ready, only after i complained and threw a light tantrum to the lady front (in all honesty I know it wasn't her fault but somebody had to face the music) did people seem to wake up. I walked out at exactly 12:55, by the time i got to the office I wasn't even hungry anymore. This is the second time this has happened to the same place and i feel the staff should just be honest and tell us that our food will only be ready in an hour, i would rather take my hard earned money and spend it else where where i will get the service i deserve rather that standing outside the store like hopeless people.

PS: The people that ordered before me asked for their order to be cancelled.
