Outstanding service

Today the 4th of July 2024,went to rocos, to eat where I was greeted by Lorraine, from then up until I finished and left about a hour plus later, was at my back and call, she could see I was cold, she made me comfortable by boosting the air conditioning temp just for me, she bought me coffee and offered to heat it up if it went cold, her service was outstanding from the norm, thank you lorraine. I called for the manager Gordon to complement his staff, Gordon I commend you and your business partner too, there's definitely something right that you are doing, the management team is a happy team which in turn filters down to the staff and their attitude towards patrons like me.. Keep up the excellent service. Something that is rare in today's time.
