NO service at Rocomama's Okovango Crossing

I only gave 1 star rating as that was the lowest on offer. But my families experience at Rocomama's Okovango Crossing yesterday was shocking. We arrived at the restaurant, we were seated for 30mins before we got menus, they took about another 30mins to take our order, we order drinks & food together, when the milkshakes came it was the wrong flavour & incorrect size, then our food eventually came like 45mins later my husband & I got our burgers without chips, the kids got there burger and chips about 10mins after us, we got the chips after our burgers where done, we also had to ask them for knives & forks & sauces which took 5mins to come. (The restaurant wasn't even busy), we waited 30mins and now cleared our tables we had to move the dishes over to a different table and there the dishes stay till after we left & we left about 20mins later as we did not receive the bill so we went to the counter to pay. (The manager needs to replace all the waiter/waitress that worked yesterday afternoon as they are really giving his restaurant a terrible name) - We will not go there again, worst experience ever.
