Rocky's Radio poor service

I took my TV in for repairs on the 19th of October 2018 for repairs. Numerous phone calls and visits from our side they had plenty excuses as to why it had not been repaired. The owner made numerous promises that he would contact us with no avail. 3 months later and still no TV or phone call. They are considered a well known repair company yet this is the service I have received. Utterly disgusted.
