Spur Rocky peak poor service

I decided to give Spur another chance visited the Brakenhurst branch,breakfast was in order just disappointed again with the attitude of the staff,waitress serving me was rude,the points system to capture points is not operational,I was forced to get my membership number which I could not find on the what's app service only provider OTP,tried to then explain to the waitress in the presence of the manager that settling the bill with the gift card,the waitress then took down the gift card number on her pad ,I explained to her again that this is not my membership number it is a gift card now she can use the gift card or share it with anyone,before this the waitress stated to me why I can't log into the Spur app and get my membership number when I told her several times I do have the Spur app but it does not allow me to log in that is why I use the what's app spur number to get the OTP.Fed up with the poor service from Spur I don't visit the Newmarket branch now the Brakenhurst branch is also a problem,please provide adequate training to you staff this is really frustrating!
