Excellent customer service

On Monday I was working at the Spur in Brackenhurst as we didn't have electricity at home. They even warmed up my food as I was in Teams meeting and it got cold. When I left later in the afternoon I forgot my laptop mouse, I called the following day and Fransie confirmed that they are keeping the mouse safe. I went to collect it today. May the store continue with the excellent customer service.
