Wrong amount charged and Show Cancelled.

I booked for Sunday show on line and my card was charged with a different amount than what was advertised on the site for the show. I sent them a mail and they did call me back and apologised and said they would reimburse me when I arrived at the show and collected my tickets. That was acceptable by me. They then sent me a mail and had calculated the refund incorrectly and much later on picked up their error and sent another mail with the correct reimbur*****t. I then received a call on Saturday night saying they had cancelled the show and I must send then a email with my banking details for a refund. (Why could they not have reversed my card payment?) I did that expressing my disappointment for the show cancellation and all they said in their reply was "your refund will be processed today - and signed off with Kind Regards and no name." I thought this was a very impersonal response from them with no explanation of why the show was cancelled and was not personalised with the name of the sender. I will have to think very hard about ever booking another show with this venue.
