Rockstreet store is pathetic

This company refuses to credit or refund purchase mistakes that thier store manager makes. They refuse to assist the customer and don't take accountability for thier wrongs. This is a pathetic excuse for a closing store. I have spoken to a Kershnie, Justin and Ashnie who all refuse to assist not even thier owner can have some decency to call and rectify this problem
