no support department

The service department for rockstar games is trash. I have had the worst experience with my rockstar account. My account email is ***, and I cannot even repurchase the games as my rockstar account that I cannot recover is tied to my steam account, so I cannot even create a new rockstar account and purchase the same games as the accounts are linked, and I cannot separate my rockstar from steam, as steam says it has to be done from Rockstars end. Trying to submit a support ticket does not work either. I think they have just disabled the service. They have become too big to care about service. I have been struggling with this for almost a year. I have even tried to hire some ***** person I found on telegram who just took my money.
