Worst Service

Worst services ever.I contact Jan Muller to install burglar gates.He came very quickly to take measurement,sent me a quote and called me numerous time to make the deposit. I decide to pay the full amount and he promised to install the gates the following Saturday. During the week leading to the installation Jan went quiet stopped replying to my watsapps etc. That Friday i called him and he told me some long story about how they didnt have electricity and how they would instal the following week. The following week came again i texted Jan on Friday and he didnt reply,instead i got a voice note from some foreign guy telling me that their bakkie was broken and they couldnt come and deliver the gate.He said he would make a plan and get back to me.Saturday came and i called Jan who told me he was in CPT he had given everything to his Manager and he was suppose to come and install. I called Maxwell again and he said he will call when they are ready to install. Jan on the other hand is no longer taking my calls,ive just called my bank and asked them to reverse the payment there will be charges and i can only get my money back in 30days.Jan is a ***** and shouldn't be trusted.He will force u to pay him with his numerous calls but you will never see those burglar gates!!!
