Jan Muller Rockiron Centurion ***** and ****

I contacted the owner of Rockiron Centurion (Jan Muller) to install burglar proofing at my home. The owner came to do measurements and promised specifics for the items requested.

He then sent me a quote and requested a deposit be paid in order to start work. Two weeks later he then contacted me to tell me that the company he uses has lost the items and therefore he cannot install.

He then promised to rectify the matter. He sent an employee to do measurements again because he lost the previous measurements.

Since then, I could not get hold of him telephonically nor electronically. I got the feeling that when he saw my number and my messages he would ignore them deliberately. To date I have made about 25 attempts at reaching Jan Muller. After multiple unanswered phone calls, I called Jan Muller from another phone.

When he answered, he told me he did not answer because he lost his phone. I then requested he return my money because I do not want to do business with someone who is unprofessional and a ****.

There is no record nor reviews of the way in which Jan Muller does business. I will never refer him to anyone.
