Refusal to refund rocking the daisies ticket for 5-7 Oct 2018

I am unable to attend the event on 5-7 October 2018 and requested a refund. According to them they cannot refund me as I missed the refund request date. The CPA allows for a reasonable cancellation fee surely keeping the entire amount cannot be considered reasonable! And to top it all off there is no contact number to call them!!!!!!
