Rockford fosgate tweeter popped out.

<p>Good day Sir,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made my research on the internet and through word of mouth about the rockford fosgate sound.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I got was it is the 'BEST', until last week friday(16.12.2016) when i was playing soul music on my to Katlehong as i reached my destination my tweeter just popped and I saw a smoke coming out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I switched off the sound and on saturday(17.12.2016) took the car to Y2K Auto Sound cc in Germiston to have it checked. On Monday (19.12.2016) I received a call from Y2K Auto Sound cc informing me that Rockford fosgate representative advised them that the damage was caused by negligence from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really do not agree with the feedback from Rockford fosgate due to the fact that Ido not play my sound high as the Y2K Auto Sound cc advised me to keep it at 30 max and my stereo volume goes up to 50.</p> <p> </p> <p>All my cars are fitted with Rockford and this has never happened before and the Rockford fosgate representative to give me such a feedback i feel insulted. Rockford fosgate is one of the expensive sound system and I expect the best as they say it is the best on the internet and people out there.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this case Rockford fosgate is not living up to its name and the manner in which the Rockford fosgate representative insunuated that it's negligence he stoop very low and didn't live up to the company name.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance is highly appreciated in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Papi</p>
