DID NOT FINISH JOB

<br> We had two bathrooms renovated and Rockford contractors did not don't finish the job. I foolishly paid him in full as he spun me a story that he need extra cash. the job lasted more then 1 year and we still did not get our finished bathrooms. He **** repeatedly about coming to finish off but did not. i then got another contractor in to finish the work. I then sent Bradley the email and demanded he pay me back my R20.000. which it was going to cost. He said he was finishing off the work and then would pay me the money. he **** repeatedly and is now ignoring me. i have emails and sms's where he has said he will pay me and the dates came and went.
