Rock@88 worst service and weak excuses

We ordered food just after 13.00 on 25 April 2018. About 30 minutes later other people that came late to the farewell ordered their food. Within 20 minutes they got their order. So 40 minutes after we ordered there still was no sign of any food. Asking the waiter about that he called the manager and she said there was a problem with their computer system. I call that BS! If there was a problem then everyone's orders would be late! Then suddenly our food was there within 5 minutes. So, either the food was sitting somewhere, waiting to be brought OR they hastily prepared the food which tells me it could not have been cooked/baked properly.
