Couldn't have been happier with the entire experience I had with Rock Solid.

I've never had a store follow up with me on every step of the way, from helping me with picking out a great looking and sounding guitar, to checking in with me almost immediately after I missed my delivery the first time, and even providing me with assistance in contacting someone to arrange for redelivery asap. I even got some helpful advice on setting up my guitar after receiving it.
