Outstanding service

Thursday 17 April 2025. I've just bought an entry-level digital piano from Rock Solid Music in George, Western Cape, and I can report that the service was outstanding in every way. I sent a message to the website last Sunday evening and Marius phoned me first thing on Monday morning. He gave me useful information, helpful advice and responded promptly to all communications. On Tuesday evening I confirmed that I wanted to go ahead with an order for a Roland FP-10, which had to ship from Cape Town. He ordered it first thing on Wednesday morning and kept me updated on its progress. It arrived this morning Thursday and, so that I could have it before the Easter weekend tomorrow, he personally collected it from the couriers offices and delivered it to my house. He then unpacked it and set everything up for me. Excellent service and also a better price than I found at any other shop or online dealer.
