Poor service

Purchase my canopy with my vehicle in 2017, last year I noticed a crack in the canopy, near the cab. I contacted the manufacturer asking for assistance. Answer was it is out of warrantee and I should take it to a panel beater for a repair. Not the sort of answer I would expect from a reputable company
