No/bad service

Renier from Rock Pools is not to be recommended. I asked him to come and fix my pool, feom June 2020,that sagged on the sides and underneath stair, which he installed 3 years back, and he kept on promising and promising that he will come and fix, i even delayed my Christmas holiday, but he never came. He had an excuse every time for not pitching. Last calls he did not even respond to or gave an excuse.
