No follow up service

Reinier Van Der Merwe charged me over R4000 for changing sand in the filter, searching for a leak and 2000L of water. I called him numerous times to ask him to follow up with the leak detection as there was still excessive loss of water. To date he has not returned my calls or made any effort to come to site. Basicly no after money received follow up service.
