Bad after-sales service

Renier from Rock Pools Cape Town was recommended to us by a friend and we decided to use him to install our pool and do some renovations in Nov / Dec 2019. Payments were done on time. We had some minor complaints of which a crack in the pool was one of them (which I believe is serious). We have been trying to get it sorted for a year. He first had excuses for why he didn’t pitch when he said he will. We are now more than a year later and now he does not take our calls. Bad service. I will never recommend this guy.
