ZERO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS

When one buys products in the begining of December, and is informed that this will be delivered by the end of December. You would expect that by the agreed upon date, you would have your product. But I am now sitting in the middle of February, still WITHOUT my PAID FOR PRODUCT! Rochester make promises that they do not keep and never,of the 4 deadlines I have been provided, live up to their word. I will never set foot in another Rochester again.
