Zero, absolutely no respect for the consumer.

Absolute worst! If there was an option for 0 stars, I would use it. From the branch manager at Rochester The Grove (her name is Unity) to their 'so called warranty service', if you value your time or your hard earned money, DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS THROUGH THEM, I would not even recommend you try and ask them for assistance. Unity will not give you your contract, she will add EVERY additional cost she can to increase her commission and NOT discuss it with you, she will not assist you any further after you have signed documents (you sign from the back of the computer so you don't know what you are signing for), and when you receive broken items, it's not her problem as your consultant, it is your own problem to resolve, according to her. She will also call you ****** if you want to have someone assist you in your own language. Rochester, and Unity, enjoy taking your money for no service in return. Please don't waste your time going there.
