You ruined my credit record

I have had the worst first experience with Rochester,

My account has been open for just a month and upon the first month they were supposed to debit my account but apparently they didn't.

The agreement was that they debit my account on the 25th however should the 25th fall on a weekend or public holiday then it should be debited either the day before or the day after !

I had made sure there was money in my account well past the 1st of September and i was under the impression that they debited but they had not, now !! the have handed me over the first month, ruined my credit record but yet you can't even keep to your own rules and regulations there is a reason you ask me when would i like my account to be debited.

I'm so fed up and its only been a month i dread the rest of the relationship Rochester i have never in my life been this upset with an account.
