Wrongfully marked as *****

I recently did an application in store at Rochester to purchase couches and gave all my correct details but JD Group wrongfully marked me as ***** and flagged my ID at SAFPS. All they can say to me is sorry and I have to wait for my name to get cleared before I can do anything. I emailed and dont even get a response from them I have to go through all this **** because someone didnt do their job properly!!! The one person trying to help is their Klerksdorp store manager and her hands are tied. Their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!
