Wrong pricing of product.

I went to Rochester Waterfall Mall to purchase a couch. As I was looking around I saw a couch that I liked and the price was on. So I told the sales lady I want the couch she told me it is the incorrect price. So I told her that is not my problem the couch has a price on it and I want it with that price. She then went to the manager and he did not even come to address me. He just said no and that is that.
