Wrong order and missing item!!!!

<p>On the 3rd of June 2017 I ordered a set of couches from the Mall@Newmarket Rochester branch. I told the salesman 4-5 times the shape of the L shape couch. He informed me that it will take 6 weeks which was perfect as my moms new house renovations was to take another 4-5 weeks. However they delivered the couches early and it was standing wrapped until today as the renovations only finished today.</p> <p>The delivery driver was extremely rude and insisted they deliver even though I told him the house is not ready and its way ahead of the actual delivery time communicated at purchase. He ended up delivering the next day and I could not inspect the delivery as the house was being renovated.</p> <p>Whilst trying to unwrap the couches today I immidiately noticed the L Shape is incorrect. The order dates on the couch is for APRIL 2016 which leads me to believe this was an old set lying around and they wanted to lumber us with this old set.... Not caring its the wrong shape....</p> <p> </p> <p>ALSO THE OTTOMAN IS STILL OUTSTANDING!!!</p> <p>SHAME ON YOU ROCHESTER....</p> <p>I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!!!!!</p>
