Wrong Furniture Delivered

After spending an hour in the Boksburg Branch of Rochester, explain the configuration of the couch we required, 2 weeks later, they deliver the wrong configuration !! I called the store who said they would sort it out. The next morning I receive a 2 SMS's with a reference number. I called the Customer Care to explain that if it was not rectified today, we were moving and they would have to deliver to another address. All they told me was that I would get a call in 5 days...................................................their mistake and I must wait 5 days, shocking.
