Wost service ever

Don’t ever buy from them. Wost after sales service ever. Bought a couch from them after a month or two the couch was making n sounds like planks that was lose. Phone them and they collected the couch on the 18 November and till today 20 December still have not received the couch back. Nobody phone you back and nobody can give you answers on what is going on. Phoned them on multiple times and nothing. It’s like not my problem. They have no absolute no customer service. The wost company ever.
