Worst service received in my life

<p>On th 8th of April 2017 i purchased a sleeper couch from Rocester Northgate and to this date i am still being pushed from pillar to post. The sales consultant Ayanda Mfolozi cannot be reched and has not followed up with me or the warehouse about my order and he did inform me that stock was at the warehouse, I also spoke to the Regional Manager Nico about the situation and he wasn't any help and i havn't heard back from him aswell as Kim from the warehouse. I phoned another Rochester Store to find out if the warehouse does have stock and was informed that there was no stock delivered in JHB yet and it will be coming in the next week. The many times i've phoned Rochester they promised me delivery. On Thursday I spoke to Jonathan the Branch Mananger at Rochester and he told me that on Friday Morning he will phone me first thing to confirm and that the sofa might be delivered that day or lastest Saturday. Today Saturday the 29th I phoned Jonathan and he tells me that my order is now only been put through for Monday. I am completely dissapointed and beyond angry about the service from Rochester Northgate and their empty promises it has been 3 weeks today and i am LIVID. Never will i be dealing with Rorchester again. They are lairs and i strongly believe that internal proceedures should not effect or become a problem for paying clients and they should have made the necessary arrangements(Hire more delivery trucks) to deliver as soon as possible to all the clients.</p>
