Worst service provider

Worst experience ever, bought 2 couches frome them in boksburg, they were delivered only to find that they were faulty(had noise when you sit) took them 2 weeks to come and collect after we were the ones calling them for almost a week, bad communication on their side and they won't even bother to call to give you feedback, we initially wanted to upgrade but after the worst service we got we wanted a refund which on their terms and conditions it states that it takes 3-7 working days but to our surprise we were now told of 7-14 working days,after 4 weeks without couches we still waiting for our refund, kindly assist.
