Worst service in the entire industry and you forget you have competition!!!

Poorest service!!! I made lay-bye 3rd June,I was told it's 1 month lay-bye. On the 27 went and told consultant I'm coming to pay and collect on the 28,got the with my own transport that I paid and only when I get there I was told my couch is damaged I will definitely get it on the 1st July guess what? I got a message on the 30th June stating I will receive my paid up couches in the 30th.

Customer service consultant was disastrous, I phone with my airtime 3 times explained my story 3 times just when I am supposed to give my number or reference they hung up.

So disappointed with the store I will never advise anyone to buy at ROCHESTER they take their customers for granted.

All they want is to close the sale without the service and get commission.
