WORST SERVICE FROM ROCHESTER.. FULL REFUND EXPECTED
We bought a couch cash from Rochester Centurion around December 2017 and I'm February this year we noticed that the couch had a dip and reported the matter. It was then collected on the 22 February, from then on we have been sent from pillar to post to get the issue sorted. We called the manager after a month and he initially told us that there warehouse had said there was nothing wrong with the couch. We insisted that it be changed and on the 5th week he said they had agreed to replace it. I visited the shop again on the 9 April and Manager was not there but one of the shop assistants called the Warehouse to follow up and was told that according to them, the issue was resolved on the 2 March 2018, please bote that this was over a month and we still hadn't received our couch. I got a call from the Warehouse on the 10 April to arrange delivery of the exchange couch. Today, Saturday 14 April 2018, the couch was returned and it was with disappointment to see how Rochester just stuffed our couch with sponges in the effort to balance it and make it look proper. After almost 6 weeks of wasting our time and resources, this is how Rochester Centurion and its Warehouse thank us for doing business with them? This simply shows how we are not valued by this supplier. We have therefore decided that they must come and collect their couch and we DEMAND a full refund from Rochester, if this issue is not sorted by Tuesday 17 April 2018, they will definitely be hearing from our lawyer and we are also going to take the matte up with the NCCSA. We are paying clients and won't accept such abuse. We expect to be treated with respect, Rochester is not doing us any favours. WE ARE NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ROCHESTER.
