Worst service from Rochester centurion mall. Useless and inconsiderate

This is one of the worst stores when it comes to delivery of the goods purchased . Please do not waste your time with them. I received an sms confirming that my delivery will will take place on the 02/12/2023 and I need to be present on the day to receive the item . When called the store I was informed that the warehouse has not recorded my delivery for the day. My reference number is ***. This is the worst service that one ever receive from the any store . I literally had to cancel my plans to over the weekend so that I can receive the delivery.
