Worst service for a reputation store

I have purchased a couch at Rochester wonderpark, I have contacted the store within less than 24 hours informed them that I'm not happy with the couch and would like to have an exchange. They kept promising me that they'll assist me and 2 weeks later I was still stuck with the couch and no communication from the store. I physically went to the store and waited for over 30 minutes to be assisted even though it wasn't busy, the manager was on the phone while i was waiting, she further gave me an attitude and was not even willing to assist me. I requested for a refund since well they don't want to help me and now it's another week later I'm still waiting. I have logged a customer complaint still no feedback.
