Worst service Ever!!! Please avoid!!!

What a traumatic experience at Boksburg Rochester.

When we went there everybody was so friendly and willing to assist just to get a sale. As soon as the sale was done the nightmare started.

They said that the couches will be delivered within the next view days. The couches came and the packing was thorn and you could see that the couches have bee opened prior to delivery and was not wrapped properly again.

When the contractor opened the couches it was so badly damaged we had to send it back.

The shop informed us that they would have to order and wait for new stock as the warehouse did not have. We waited more than a week for the new set to be delivered. When the new set came again it was so badly scratched that we could not accept it.

They informed us that the next day we should be ready at 8 o'clock to go to the warehouse so they can show us three sets of which we can chosse from. The next day they informed us that we cannot just go to the warehouse it takes time because they need to send emails telling the warehouse we are coming.

The cashier was so rude and did not want to give us an opportunity to speak. He started shouting at us, saying what can he do. Pulling up his shoulders like he just does not care. His sale was done, from there it was your problem.

Now we have to ask for refund but that is also no easy thing to do. They want bank statements, ID, affidavit etc......

Please guys safe yourself the time and go do shopping somewhere else.

This is just crazy!!! Never have I ever experienced such bad service. The manager Collin sweet talks his ways through all of it. Making promises which never occur. The salesman Mpho has no sense of respect for customers screaming at them making us as customers loose our sense of self respect screaming back at them.

Please guys safe yourself this horrific experience and go somewhere else!!!
