Worst service ever! Paid in full but still no delivery

I ordered a bed from them where they received full payment. Called their contact centre multiple times and no one is able to tell me when I can expect my delivery. I am starting to think I am being ****med by Rochester at this point. All I want is transparency of when I can expect my order and get a refund for the over payment made due to the incorrect statement they sent.
