Worst service ever

I put my order through this afternoon and cot the confirmation of the order. I even received the sms saying it will be delivered. Now my order shows canceled and I tried phoning but "Marcus" told me it as cancled as my payment was penfing, he was not willing to give me a chance to even share the proof of payment and put the phine down in my ear! I want my order because I still have not received the refund
