Worst Service EVER!!!

I have bought a whole bedroom set from Rochester Nelspruit on the 19th August 2022. They were supposed to deliver everything to me and 3 weeks later and a dozen phone calls to the store, I am receiving everything bits by bits. And only through threats am I getting anything. They always have excuses regarding this, but no solutions! The complaint department is of absolute no use as well. This is by far the poorest service I have ever encountered! Once they have your money, they don't give a damn about you as customer! And the store manager in Nelspruit is just as useless!
