Worst service ever

I purchased goods from the Northgate branch at the beginning of May and was clear to the person I spoke with (I learned later was the manager, that I do not like receiving goods that are not clean. After not receiving the goods when it was promised, I made a number of calls before it was actually delivered missing items and filthy! I took this up with the manager who told me he would look into it. He then delivered the missing item and clearly the item be delivered was new and he saw for himself that the good were dirty and promised to have them replaced. I have them a week and after not receiving a call, I called and was met with an ubrupt, rude receiption. I was asked \what do you want us to do?"- I have never"
