worst service EVER!

The dining chairs was incorrect and I was told by Shawn from despatch that I must keep the incorrect chairs and that he will send the correct chairs the week after christmas. Its been more than 2 months now and I am still waiting for my chairs! My husband and I called Lucky Ngobeni from Wonderpark numerous times to sort this out as he was the sales person. I also spoke to someone from customer service who told me she would log the complaint which obviously did not help as no one from Rochester made any attempt to call me up to this day. I sent Lucky a message to ask the manager to call me but no one has been in contact with me. I even left an inbox message on Rochesters facebook, but nothing has been done. How long must I beg and ask for someone to tell me when I will receive my chairs? This is so ridiculous and it is the worst and most pathetic service that I have ever received in my life. This is really urgent as my patience with Rochester is now up! I will never ever in my life suggest anyone to buy from you as the problem with the chairs was just the cherry on top. They called me immediately and said that they will deliver my Chairs on Monday 27th of February. I told them to please deliver after 4pm as I am working. The drivers called me at about 12 o clock and said they were on their way. My husband called them and explained that we are not at home. They said they will come back to him. Its been almost 4 weeks and no one called us since then. I Still haven't received my chairs and its been 3 months now! Do not buy from Rochester, they have no client service at all. Its non existent!</p>
